 Meadowsweets is a family business devoted to reviving the delicate art of crystallizing edible flowers. The process, done by hand, one at a time, preserves the exquisite detail and brilliant natural color of the flowers.
We grow pansies, violas, Johnny-jump-ups, lavender and miniature roses throughout the year in a beautiful rural setting in New York's lovely Schoharie Valley.
Our flowers grace many unique cakes and have appeared in Martha Stewart Living, Fine Cooking, Victoria, Gourmet, Gardens Illustrated, Pastry Art & Design, and in the Martha by Mail and Williams-Sonoma catalogs. We have also appeared on Martha Stewart's television program, as well as in the Chicago Tribune, Boston Globe, and the San Francisco Chronicle.
